• In der vorliegenden Diplomarbeit werden die Grundlagen des Qualitätsmanagements, des Projektmanagements und der Prozessmodellierung mit Hinblick auf die Problemstellung dieser Arbeit vorgestellt und näher erläutert. Ziel ist die Analyse und Optimierung des Prozesses, von der Anzeige einer Beanstandung von Kaufteilen im Produktaudit eines deutschen Automobilherstellers, bis hin zur Reklamationsanzeige an den entsprechenden Lieferanten. Nach der Analyse des Prozesses der Beanstandungsverfolgung, werden Schwachstellen und Optimierungspotenziale aufgezeigt. Darüber hinaus gilt es, die Ausarbeitung eines Lastenheftes unter Verwendung eines agilen Vorgehensmodells durchzuführen. Das Lastenheft stellt die Anforderung für die Programmierung einer IT-Anwendung dar, die zur Unterstützung des vorliegenden Prozesses eingeführt wird. Durch die Bewertung des gewählten Vorgehensmodells fällt eine Entscheidung darüber, ob es in der zukünftigen Projektarbeit der Abteilung einen weiteren Einsatz findet.
• In this diploma thesis, the fundamentals of quality management, project management and process modeling will be presented and discussed with a view to the problem definition of this thesis. The goal is the analysis and optimization of the process, from the display of a complaint of purchase parts in the product auditor of a German automobile manufacturer, to the complaint notification to the respective supplier. After analyzing the process of complaint tracking, weaknesses and optimization potentials are shown. In addition, it is necessary to carry out the drafting of a stress book using an agile approach. The task booklet represents the requirement for programming an IT application that is introduced to support the present process. The assessment of the chosen approach makes a decision as to whether it will be used in the future project work of the department.
