• Die vorliegende Arbeit behandelt ein Problem der industriellen Bildverarbeitung. Zuerst wird das Problem näher erläutert und ein Überblick über die möglichen Lösungsverfahren gegeben. Danach erfolgt eine Beschreibung der optischen Grundlagen in Bezug auf die industrielle Bildverarbeitung, sowie eine Erklärung der wichtigsten Komponenten einer Bildverarbeitungsapplikation. Darunter fallen sowohl verschiedene Kamerasysteme, Objektivtypen und Beleuchtungsmöglichkeiten, als auch optische Fehler und optische Qualität. Hiernach wird eine Auswahl der Verfahren und Komponenten, für die Lösung der gestellten Aufgabe erfolgen. Zuletzt gibt es eine Erläuterung der konstruktiven Ausführung und eine Ablaufbeschreibung der Bildverarbeitungsapplikation in der Fertigungsstraße.
• This diploma thesis treats with an problem in the industrial image processing. This problem will be descriped at the beginning an there will be an overview of possible solutions for it. After this there is an desrciption of the optical basics in matters of the industrial picture processing as well as an explanation of the importan components of an picture processing application. This would be for example different types of cameras, different types of objective lense and possebilities of lighting as well as optical defects and optical quality. Thereafter there is to find a selection of the method and the components to solve the mentioned problem. At the end there will be an annotation of the constructional layout and a workflow description.
