Metallisierung von Si-Wafern unter Verwendung eines Mikrodosiersystems und Lasertechnik
Metallization of Si-Wafer using a micro dosage system and a laser sinter process
- This paper is conducted to analyse the possibilities for a replacement of the conventional furnace process by a lasersinterprocess. Therefore, the structure of the backside of a silicon solar-cell, which is made of an aluminium paste, will be tempered by a laser. The possibility for the generation of a conductor and a metal-semiconductor-contact between a metalpaste and silicon was successfully detected in this examination. For the parameterization of the lasersinterprocess, a characteristic notation was developed, to provide the necessary parameter for the achievement of defined resistances, which supports the user in getting the needed results. In this context, a minimal resistance of the conductor, namely 11,5 mOhm, by a rail which was 1000 µm wide and 200 µm high, could be explored and a contact behaviour of the conductor to the used silicon in terms of Ohm's law was achieved. The minimal reached contact resistance was 24Ohm. Furthermore, the structured applying process of the aluminium paste was parameterized with a micro dosage system. As a result, rail expanses between 700-1000 µm could be generated and parameterized. The applying process was realised through a multi-cannula-dispenser and should provide an alternative to the customary screen-printing process used in the production of solar-cells.
