Einsatz von (Q)SAR bei industriell genutzten Peroxiden
Use of (Q)SAR in terms of industrial used peroxides
- Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es die praktische Einsatzfähigkeit der Kombination von öffentlich zugänglichen
- The goal of this paper is to review the availability of the combination of existing published QSAR models and published data for regulatory purpose. Therefore the significance of QSAR models predicting three endpoint is reviewed. Partition Coefficient (n-octanol/water), Acute Toxicity Fish Test and Bacterial Reverse Mutation Test (Ames-Test) were exemplarily chosen, because they are known for their relative good prediction accuracy. The focus of this review is on the group of industrial used organic peroxides. Results: In all cases the experimental data pool and particularly it
