Development and construction of a movement unit for the supplement of spectral detectors to a multi photons microscope
- Die Arbeit beschreibt die Konstruktion einer Verschiebeeinheit zur Ergänzung von zwei Spektraldetektoren an ein Multiphotonenmikroskop. Der Konstruktionsprozess ist stark an die VDI - Richtlinie 2221 angelehnt. Dargestellt wird der gesamte konstruktive Prozess von der Suche und Auswahl von Teil- und Gesamtlösungen, bis hin zum fertigen Produkt. Zwei mögliche Endlösungen werden dargestellt, von denen eine nach dem Test verworfen wurde.
- The work describes the construction of a movement unit to the supplement of two spectral detectors to a multi photons microscope. The construction process was made with help of the VDI 2221. The constructive process is shown by the search and choice of partial solutions and whole solutions, up to the ready product. Two possible final solutions are shown by which one was rejected after the test.
