• Hintergrund: Trotz der Vielfalt der migrations- und integrationspolitischen Konzepte fehlt nach wie vor eine Gesamtstrategie zur Gestaltung und Umsetzung der Gesundheitsprogramme für Asylbewerber. Der Ausgangspunkt dieser Arbeit ist die Frage nach Risiken und Chancen für die Integration der Flüchtlinge in das Gesundheitssystem der Bundesrepublik Deutschland durch die Eröffnung der interkulturellen Beratungszentren für Gesundheitsfragen der Asylbewerber. Besondere Betrachtung finden die beruflichen Qualifikationen der Mitarbeiter, Besonderheiten der Anstellung der anerkannten Asylbewerber, Weiterbildungsprofile und Maßnahmen zur Steigerung des Wohlbefindens der Mitarbeiter. Methode: Für die Vorbereitung auf die Studie wurde die theoretische Lage in den deutschen und englischen Datenbanken zum Thema
• Background: Despite the diversity of migration and integration policy concepts, there is still a lack of an overall strategy for designing and implementing health programs for asylum seekers. The starting point of this work is the question about risks and opportunities for the integration of refugees into the health system of the Federal Republic of Germany by opening the intercultural consulting centers for health issues of asylum seekers. Particular consideration is given to the professional qualifications of employees, particularities of employment of recognized asylum seekers, training profiles and measures to increase wellbeing of employees in intercultural counseling centers. Methods: Several databases among others with German and English search terms to the topic "Integration of asylum seekers in the health system of Germany" were included into the literature research. The data collection took place via the structured written survey of the 18 experts who work full-time or honorary in the integration of the refugees. All questions in the questionnaire were allocated in 3 categories: process flows in existing structures, process flows in the model consulting center, potentials and wishes. Results: Finally, the research question could be answered and shows a high interest in opening an intercultural center for asylum seekers' health issues from the side of the experts who work directly with the aid recipients and no interest from the authorities. A balance must be found between the wishes of the client and those of the purchaser. Conclusions: The opening of an intercultural consulting centre for the health issues of asylum seekers in each district, with multilingual staff or recognized asylum seekers as employees would be useful and offers an opportunity for better integration of refugees in the health system of Germany. Due to the deliberate selection of the sample, the results do not allow for general statements about the defined population. Furthermore, the financial and low aspects, possible political and municipal obstacles (for example in the model consulting centre offered by the experts) have to be examined.
