- Die repräsentative Demokratie ist die einzige strukturelle Konstitution die keine nennenswerte Innovation in den letzten Jahrzehnten durchlebt hat. Sinkende Wahlbeteiligungen sowie eine sich durch alles soziale Schichten ziehende, politische Unzufrieden fallen unumgänglich ins Auge. Sind plebiszitäre Elemente die fehlende Stellschrauben, um den breit kritisierten Mängel in den Bereichen der Effizienz und Transparenz entgegenzuwirken? Welche Rollen könnte der der Einsatz moderner Datenverarbeitungstechnologien dabei spielen?
- Representative democracy is the only structural constitution that has not experienced significant innovation in recent decades. Falling turnouts and a dissatisfied with politics through all social stratification inevitably falls into the eye. Are plebiscitary elements the missing levers to counteract the widely criticized shortcomings in the areas of efficiency and transparency? What roles could take the apllication of modern data processing technologies?
