N2  - Im Rahmen dieser Diplomarbeit wurde ein Prüfstand für die Untersuchung von Fahrwerksbauteilen bezüglich auftretender Schlagbelastungen am Fahrzeug entwickelt. Zum Gesamtumfang der Diplomarbeit zählen die Konzipierung, die Konstruktion, die Betreuung der Fertigung und des Aufbaus sowie der experimentelle Funktionsnachweis des Prüfstandes. Dieser funktionelle Nachweis wird am Beispiel eines Radträgers erbracht. Die Auslegung der Prüfstandskomponenten erfolgte nach Festlegung des Prüfstandfunktionsbereiches mittels analytischer Berechnungen. Für die konstruktive Umsetzung wurde das CAD
N2  - This diploma thesis is the result of the development of a notch test device, which tests chassis components relating to impacts on automobiles. The diploma thesis cores the conceptual design, the construction, the support of manufacturing and installation as well as to perform an experimental operational check of the notch test device. The functionality was proved by use of the example of a wheel carrier. After fixing the operating sphere of the test bench components, the dimensioning was effected by analytical calculations.
