N2  - Um die magnetorsistiven Eigenschaften dünner FeRh-Schichten zu charakterisieren, wurde ein neues Messsystem entwickelt. Für dieses Messsystem wurde ein Probeträger konstruiert der eine Mesung des elektrischen Widerstandes nach Van-der-Pauw in Abhängigkeit der Probentemperatur, eines äußeren Magnetfeldes und dem Energieeintrag durch Ionenbeschuß erlaubt.
N2  - For the characterization of the magnetoresistive properties of FeRh thin films a new measurement system was developed. For this system was a new sample stage designed which allows the measurement of the electrical resistance withe the Van-der-Pauw-method in dependence of the sample temperature, an external magnetic field and an energy deposition due to ion irradiation.
