• Unter Berücksichtigung der Ausgangssituation in Bezug die Fakturierung und das Kostencontrolling und durch die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse aus der Ist-Analyse ist in dieser Diplomarbeit deutlich geworden, dass die CCS mit der Einführung von InLoox einen großen praktischen Nutzen ziehen kann. Die Diplomarbeit liefert der CCS wichtige Aspekte für die Optimie-rung der Fakturierung und des Kostencontrollings. So werden die Aufwände in diesen Prozessen, durch die Umsetzung der vorgestellten Lösungsvorschläge reduziert und die Effektivität gleichzeitig erhöht. Die InLoox-Projektplanung stellt dabei dem projektleitenden Consultant jederzeit einen überschaubaren Einblick in die Projektaufwände zur Verfü-gung. Das Problem der Tätigkeitsprotokollierung und dem Erstellen von Einsatz-berichten wurde durch die Integration dieser Tätigkeiten in die Outlook-Umgebung gelöst.
• With consideration of the starting situation in purchase the invoicing and the Kostencontrolling and by the won realizations from the actual state analysis in this thesis (diploma) it became clear that the CCS with the introduction of InLoox can draw a large practical use. The thesis (diploma) supplies the CCS important aspects for the optimization of the invoicing and the Kostencontrollings. Thus become would wind up during these processes, by which conversion of the presented proposals for solution reduced and which effectiveness increases at the same time. The InLoox project planning puts thereby to the project-leading Consultant a visible view of would project-wind up at any time at the disposal. The problem of the activity logging and providing debriefings was solved by the integration of these activities into the Outlook environment.
