Design and development of recommendations for the compilation and implementation of a process oriented training in Germany, France and England
- Im Rahmen des Leonardo da Vinci Projektes "ProTrain" wurde vom STZ Sächsisches Technologie Zentrum und Partnerunternehmen aus sechs weiteren EU-Ländern ein einheitliches europäisches Trainingsmodul zur Integrierung des Themas der Prozessoptimierung in der beruflichen Erstausbildung entwickelt. Im Rahmen dieser Diplomarbeit wurde überprüft, inwiefern Trainingskonzepte durch gleiche Methodik und Didaktik umgesetzt werden sollten oder ob die gesellschaftlichen, kulturellen und historischen Faktoren bei der Umsetzung mit berücksichtigt werden sollten.
- In the context of the Leonardo da Vinci project "ProTrain" a process oriented training focusing on understanding, reflecting and optimizing corporate business processes has been developed by the STZ and partner enterprises from six further European Union countries. In the context of this diploma thesis it was examined in which way trainings should be realized by the same methodology and didactics or whether the social, cultural and historical foundations should be considered during the implementation and realizaition.
