• Inhalt dieser Diplomarbeit sind die planerischen Tätigkeiten, deren Methodik und Ergebnisse in der Umsetzung, während der Tätigkeit als Diplomand bei der Bosch Thermotechnik GmbH. Thema und Ort beziehen sich auf die Lüftungsgerätemontage im Werk Wernau. Die Planung umfasst sowohl Ansätze des Bosch Production Systems und deren Implementierungsleitfaden zum Lean Line Design, als auch allgemeine Methoden zur Lean Production, Lean Six Sigma und des Toyota Produktionssystems. Es findet eine Betrachtung aller aufgetretenen Probleme und deren Lösungsansätze beziehungsweise Strategien zur Vermeidung statt. Hauptaugenmerk liegt auf der Nivellierung, der Optimierung von technologischen Schwachstellen, der eingesetzten technischen Hilfsmittel und im Bereich des Materialflusses, sowie auf der Erstellung eines verbesserten Layouts.
• Contents of this thesis are the planning activities, the methodology and results in the implementation, as a graduate student during the activity related to the Bosch Thermotechnology GmbH. Topic and place are in reference to the assembly of heat recovery ventilation at the plant in Wernau. The planning includes the Bosch Production System and its Implementation Guide Line to Lean Line Design, general methods of Lean Production, Lean Six Sigma and the Toyota Production System. There will be a consideration of all problems encountered and their solutions or strategies for prevention. Main focus is on leveling, optimization of technological weaknesses of the technical aids and materials in the area of the river, and on the creation of an improved layout.
