• Im Hydrolysebehälter der Biogasanlage kommt es durch das Anmischen extrudierter Substrate mit Prozessflüssigkeit zu einer Störung der hydrolytischen Milieu-Bedingungen und zu einer verhältnismäßig starken Gasbildung von c.a. 25 m³/h mit einem Methananteil von 20 Vol.-%. Da das Gas aufgrund des geringen Brennwertes energetisch nicht sinnvoll genutzt werden kann, müssen mehr Substrate eingesetzt werden, um die Nennleistung der Anlage zu erreichen.
