Conception of a dynamic organizational structure to increase the efficiency in the damaging process
- Die entstandene Diplomarbeit wurde mit der BMW AG Werk Leipzig erarbeitet. Sie beschäftigt sich mit der Entwicklung eines Konzeptes zur dynamischen Organisationsstruktur mit dem Ziel den Schadteilprozess effizienter zu gestalten. Dazu wurden theoretische Grundlagen der dynamischen Organisationsstruktur und des Change Managements erarbeitet. Danach erfolgte eine Analyse des IST
- This thesis was elaborated with BMW AG Leipzig. It is concerned with the development of a concept for the dynamic organizational structure with the aim of making the damaging process more efficient. For this purpose, theoretical foundations of the dynamic organizational structure, motivation and change management were developed. This was followed by an analysis of the actual situation and a recording of the utilization of employees. Based on this, a concept in the form of a three constellation was developed. This concept was tested for effectiveness in a project. On the basis of the theoretical foundations and the findings of the analysis an evaluation of the project was carried out. As a result of the experiment, a conclusion was drawn and deficiencies were identified and advantages and disadvantages were recorded.
