Herstellung von Kohlenstoff-Nanoröhren
Production of carbon nanotubes
- Carbon nanotubes have been produced by catalytical chemical vapour deposition at 750 °C. In the current work the catalytical decomposition of acetylene over ironhydroxide particle is reported. The catalyst solutions were synthesized using a dispersion colloid and different protective colloids. For the dispersion colloid FeCl3 is used as peptizer. For the protective colloids starch, Brij 35, sodium dodecyl sulfate and two tensid mixture (commercial cleaning agent: FEE and ZACK) are used in this work. The carbon nanotubes are characterized by scanning electron microscopy showing the quality and the quantity of products.
